Thank You

I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve. Yet, the victory last night was cherry and icing on top of the cake. During this primary, I am blessed with beginning and fostering many valuable relationships and that is more important than any political victory.

First, we want to give thanks to the Lord for giving us the courage, strength, and insight during this experience. We are grateful for the support of Sue Cleveland and her husband, Sally Reeves and her husband, and many others. This feat was accomplished with prayer, sweat, treasure, and the confidence of people throughout our great state.

I want to thank all of the voters in HD 19 for this experience. However, a very special recognition needs to go the Tyler County. The Dogwood County turned out in a big way. Again, it is not the size, but the fight in the dog. Thank you Tyler County.

My campaign team is magnificent. Jordan Berry once again did a superb job. Jillian Henderson did great the first time as campaign manager and she is batting 1.000. She joined us for our 2010 campaign in which we were successful. Chris Perkins, our polling consultant, provided us superb service and it was great to work with Ryan Mauldin with our social media.

A special note of thanks to my sagacious confidents and their steady tempered advice and mentorship: Dick Trabulsi and Bill Calhoun.
